The Talent Solutions Coalition is pleased to announce the continuation of its Forum Series with its second TSC Forum, scheduled for November 7-8, 2017. Vincennes University, a Talent Solutions Coalition Member Institution, will host the forum at the Vincennes Aviation Technology Center at the Indianapolis International Airport.
Panel sessions will feature presenters from major airlines, MROs, manufacturers, educational institutions and the Federal Aviation Administration.
TSC Forum II is designed for employers in talent acquisition roles, educators responsible for workforce and industry partnership programs and leaders of economic development organizations interested in new ways to provide workable and practical industry talent solutions.
Optional tours of AAR Corp’s Indianapolis MRO facility and the Rolls Royce Heritage Trust museum is available to TSC Forum II guests. See details in the forum agenda below!
TSC Forum II will share best practices from across the industry which can help to create and sustain reliable talent pipelines for the Aviation Industry.
This event includes a promising array of ‘take-away’ information for participants with guidelines and tools for effective talent planning management.

TSC is pleased to announce that attendees at its November Forum will be welcome to attend a tour of the AAR Corp’s Indianapolis MRO facility. The tour will be the afternoon of November 7th. AAR provides aviation services to commercial and government customers in more than 100 countries. AAR is the largest MRO operator in the Americas. The company operates over 2 million square feet of hangar space and employs approximately 3,000 workers. The Indianapolis MRO facility is one of five in the United States. Tour details will be provided at the Forum.
TSC Forum II participants are invited to attend an optional tour of the Indianapolis Branch of the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trust which was formed in 1981 to promote and preserve the history and engineering excellence of Rolls-Royce. There are five branches around the world; the Indianapolis Branch of the Trust celebrates the achievements of the Allison Engine Company and Rolls-Royce activities in the United States.
The Indianapolis Branch features a wide-array of aero-engine exhibits. The collection ranges from; V-12 Liberty, to WWII V1710, W3420 – the largest liquid cooled engine to fly, J33, J35, J71, Viper turbojets, Spey, TF-41 Turbofans, Dart, T40,T56, AE 2100 Turboprops, T56 in a full nacelle, automotive gas turbines, Pegasus and XJ-99 VTOL engines, the Joint Strike Fighter LiftFan, Concorde Olympus, AE 1107 turboshaft, AE 3007 Civil turbofan, Minuteman II rocket motor case and Apollo Lunar Lander fuel tank and a very broad collection of large-scale models associated with each engine.
TSC Forum II participants will be responsible for their own transportation to the Branch. We recommend you allow for two hours on site. Rolls-Royce is kindly providing a special team of docents to guide this tour for TSC. Additional details about the tour will be available at Forum Registration.
